Welcome to 3star888 (hereinafter referred to as "3star888", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 3star888 platform, including the website accessible at https://3star888.cam, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and any services provided therein, including but not limited to online casino gaming, live dealer games, sports betting, and virtual wagering products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") and 3star888. To register and maintain an Account on 3star888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable. 3star888 enforces this limit at registration and may require documentary proof of age at any stage.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary or regulatory, that prohibits you from accessing online gambling platforms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a person employed by 3star888 or its affiliates, in a capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited by the laws of that territory.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

To access the full range of Services on the Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and provide accurate, truthful account information. 3star888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

3star888 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by method and are published on the Platform's Cashier page.

3star888 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and loyalty tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered players who have satisfied any applicable deposit requirement.
• Each promotional offer may be limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• During active bonus wagering, maximum bet limits apply. Exceeding the stated maximum bet per round or spin may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Failure to complete wagering within this window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Sticky bonuses cannot themselves be withdrawn; only winnings generated from such bonuses are eligible for cashout following completion of wagering requirements.
• 3star888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All wagers placed through the 3star888 Platform are subject to the following general wagering rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Wagers may only be placed using available Account Balance. 3star888 does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.
• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round or bet settlement, 3star888 will endeavour to resolve the situation equitably. The Platform's records shall be the definitive authority on the outcome of all wagers.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined in real time. For sports betting markets, 3star888 reserves the right to void or suspend markets where errors in pricing have occurred, subject to applicable market rules.
• Mix Parlay bets (combination/accumulator bets) require all selected legs to win for a payout to be made. Any individual leg that is voided will reduce the accumulator odds accordingly.
• Maximum payout limits may apply to specific game types or sports markets. These limits are published on the relevant game or market page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3star888 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while ineligible due to age (under 21 years).
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer environments.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or interfering with the Platform's security infrastructure.
• Placing wagers as an agent on behalf of a third party who does not hold their own registered Account.

3star888 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Once in place, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the elected period has expired.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders showing the duration of your current gaming session and net wager balance.

3star888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A request by the Account holder to close their Account voluntarily.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate the termination of the account relationship.

Upon suspension or closure, any Bonus Funds in your Account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to 3star888.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Customer Support via live chat. Voluntary closures for responsible gambling reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed with priority.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3star888 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions.
• Losses caused by a User's failure to safeguard their login credentials or account security settings.
• Outcomes of games or wagers, which are determined by certified RNG or real-world sporting events, as applicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

All content on the 3star888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the property of 3star888 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 3star888.

The 3star888 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trade marks of 3star888. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by 3star888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 3star888 collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, and legal compliance. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with SSL encryption and subject to appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 3star888 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

If you wish to raise a complaint, please contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. We endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing body as detailed in your formal response from 3star888.

For Malaysian users, we acknowledge that you may have rights under Malaysian consumer protection legislation. These Terms do not seek to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

3star888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 10.
